Architectural Requests
For an architectural request, please note that two forms are required: an Architectural Committee Request and a Property Management Architectural Request.
The first form will be routed to the ECM1 Architectural Committee for approval. The second is a universal form for the property manager's records; please note that all options on this second form may not be applicable to ECM residents.
Both forms must be requested from and submitted to the property management company.
